Our products and services

As plants can be installed and operated economically at a small scale, the benefits of being integrated into small localised schemes mean that they can be efficiently sized to meet the demands of communities and industrial estates.

Distributed electricity generation can provide a number of benefits, including reduced transmission costs, added energy security for communities, better environmental outcomes (compared to large scale generation), increased competition in the electricity market and job creation.

The systems are designed to be fully automated, highly reliable and flexible in terms of their operating characteristics. Modular configurations and a relatively small physical footprint means the advanced pyrolysis systems are ideally suited for the installation of captive heat and power generation plants for industrial clients.

Intervate's advanced pyrolysis systems can be built to provide electricity generation from as little as 200 kWe to as much as 3MWe.

Facilities can process biomass feedstock from 150kg per hour to 3 tonnes per hour.
